Catering for all levels, the Rise run group is a chance to make a positive step forward with your running. The group trains twice per week, with a longer run on Sunday mornings and a faster intensity session on Wednesday night- which also focuses on improving running technique and efficiency.
The benefits of joining the group is that not only will you receive advice and knowledge on how to improve your running, set goals and achieve them, but also it's a great motivational tool to get you training consistently and help push you that little bit further.
Ryan has been running for 20 years and has travelled and raced around the world. He has learnt how to train smarter, not over complicating running, and how to enjoy the flow and freedom that it brings. He has been coaching for over ten years, has been taking the run group at Rise for the last two years.
Run group meets Sunday 8am and Wednesdays 6.15pm outside the studio.
