Sculpt classes are designed to prevent injury. The focus is on increasing core and pelvic stability, and building strength in the glute and lower leg. A perfect supplement to your other workouts, enabling your the strength to go that extra mile!
Yin classes are an amazing way to enhance your recovery. Poses are held for 3-5 minutes, allowing the body tissues to unwind as you work towards improving your range of motion. Also a fabulous mental workout, building resilience and determination as we hold those poses!
Hot Yoga can aid in recovery from training, the heat allowing you to soften tense muscles, improve breathing and can also help with training related muscle soreness. Best practiced post training for full benefits!
